Are all real estate agents that great or qualified of their claim to fame or do they have to make a statement to look bigger than their competence and performance records? Isn’t competence and deliverance of performance promises required of a Real Estate Agent or at least an expectation?

Naj Hasan’s credentials include, owning his real estate investment company, remodeling & construction business, home selection centers, other business enterprises, and startups. Naj Hasan has authored two books, The Truth About Selling Homes for Top Dollars, addressing how to list, stage, position, and market a house for sale to achieve the best results and a second book, Complete Guide to Buying a Home in this book, outlining home buying process and tips to get the best deal. Naj Hasan moved to West Texas and made Permian Basin his home. After completing necessary required Real Estate education to be licensed in Texas, Naj joined C. Larson Real Estate Company as the Vice President of Business Development, joined National Association of Realtors® (NAR) and is serving the (PBBOR) Permian Basin Board of Realtors on the Bylaws and Education Committees. Naj was also elected as the Vice President and successively President of local Rotary Club, 2019-2022 and still serves on the board of directors, volunteers for many community and charitable causes and promotes Economic Develop Corp. (EDC) and businesses in the area. Hasan believes that Community volunteerism should not be about public relations but perpetuated by a strong desire to serve humanity. 

Naj Hasan believes that Real estate professionals should provide their potential clients with material facts, share relevant data, be consultative and then ask to establish an agency relationship. Responding to client's communications within 24 hours is a great way of showing our respect for the fiduciary relationship, says Hasan. Art of interaction with a client is humility with assertiveness while not bragging about your accomplishments. Risk mitigation and Project Management skills are a great plus to the resume of a Real Estate Professional. We should set the ethics bar higher and stand out as a consultant above and beyond a transaction agent. Naj Hasan possesses and have brushed up his skills of win - win negotiations, seamless real estate transactions, and equitable outcome for his clients be it buyers from out of State, sellers of a single transaction or a portfolio. Naj embarked on a humble beginning in the hospitality space and evolved into Real Estate Space by owning and managing an apartment complex which motivated him to get a real estate agent’s license in Atlanta Georgia. Added a handsome luxury residential portfolio to his resume while gaining experience in the Commercial, Shopping Centers, Restaurants, and Hospitality sectors of Real Estate. Naj has authored three books, The Truth About Selling Homes For Top Dollars, addressing how to list and stage a house to sell for the best results, his 2nd book, Complete Guide To Buying A Home,  and his third book titled “ Every Thing You Need To know about Commercial Real Estate".   

Naj serves on the Permian Basin Board of Realtors' Bylaws, Education and Finance Committees. He has served as the President-elect and successively President of Greater Big Spring Rotary Club, 2019-2022. He volunteer for many community and charitable causes. It's not about public relations but a strong desire to serve humanity in any capacity he possibly can.
